PURPOSE:To switch a visual field optionally without bending an image fiber body by rotating a direct observation device fixed on the leading end of a hollow cylinder and a side observation device on the optical axis of the cylinder respectively by driving mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:The hollow cylinder 10 loading the direct and side observation prisms 11, 12 on its leading end part is held by a holding case 13. When an indirect observation rotary shaft 16 is rotated in accordance with the rotation of a rotor 18 on the hollow cylinder side, the prism 12 fixed on the leading end of an output shaft 23 optionally rotates on the optical axis of an image fiber 14 at a low speed through a reduction gear 21. When a direct observation rotary shaft 30 is rotated in accordance with the rotation of a rotor 32 on the holding case 13 side, the prism 11 fixed on the leading end of the hollow cylinder 10 fixed to the output shaft 37 of a reduction gear 35 rotates around the optical axis. Consequently, the visual field can be switched without bending the image fiber body 14 and the durability of the fiber can be improved.
