摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To cope immediately with a change of a data base by adding the new data to various data obtained from a CAD/CAM or a CAE, etc. or replacing those various data with other data. CONSTITUTION:The pulses given from a revolving angle generator 61 and a timepiece pulse generator 62 are processed by a detecting part 6. Thus the present position where the shaft 2 of a controlled system 1 is defined as an original point is formed together with production of a signal which shows a speed at said present position. A CAD/CAM 7 and a CAE 8 are connected to an NC (numerical control) device 5 via an interface 9 and at the same time receive the position data PD and the speed data VD produced at the part 6. At the same time, the CAD/CAM 7 and CAE 8 produce the graphic data on the parts to be conveyed, the tool potion data or the analysis data on the processing subjects or machines together with the data on the position and the speed of the controlled system 1 produced from said various data on the basis of an optional clock signal and supply these data to the device 5.</p>
