PURPOSE:To enable discrimination by preventing the misdelivery of products of similar I/O level by a method wherein an impedance element connected between the maximum potential terminal and the minimum potential terminal of the first IC is not connected between both terminals of the second IC. CONSTITUTION:In a semiconductor logic circuit made of the second IC which is equal to the first IC in logical function and different in input level and output level and can be obtained by switching the wiring mask of the first IC, the impedance element 2 made of a diode is inserted between the maximum potential terminal VCC and the minimum potential terminal VEE of an ECL circuit 1' in 100K interface, but this element 2 is not connected to an ECL circuit 1 in 10k interface. Measurement of the current value by impressing a direct current voltage of about 7V between source terminals in such a connection allows the flow of a current of 100mA or so in the 10K interface ECL and the flow of overcurrent in the 100K interface ECL, therefore, these can be easily discriminated. |
