<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the dust concn. at the outlet to less than a specified value without using any wet dust collectors by cooling the waste gas at the outlet of an air heater with a gas-to-gas heater and a spray of the waste water from a wet stack gas treating apparatus to a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:Waste water (l) from a wet waste gas treating apparatus 5 is sprayed into a waste boiler gas (a) from the outlet of an air heater, and the temp. of the waste gas is reeuced by 5-15 deg.C by the evaporation of the waste water (l). The gas is further introduced into the untreated side 6 of a gas-to-gas heater, cooled by 30-50 deg.C, and then introduced into a dry dust collector 1 wherein the dust in the waste gas freed of dry solid materials is removed. Then the waste gas (n) is introduced through a fan 3 into the wet gas treating apparatus 5 wherein SOx, etc. is removed, heated at the treated side 9 of the gas-to-gas heater, and discharged from a stack 11. Consequently, a wet dust collector and a waste-water treating apparatus are dispensed with, and the dust concn. at the outlet can be regulated to <=10mg/Nm<3>. Besides, the low-temp. corrosion of the gas-to-gas heater can be controlled.</p> |
