PURPOSE:To wash a pipet automatically by providing a sensor means detecting the finish of dip of the pipet, a count means of washing number and a pilot valve closed in a counting period of the prescribed washing number. CONSTITUTION:The liquid level in a vessel is elevated in a washing vessel 1 and a pipet is dipped in the washing liquid and washed. When the liquid level in the vessel reaches the detection liquid level L2 of a sensor, the detection signal is output from a liquid level detection sensor 9 and therefore a washing number count part 12 counts a washing number by one time. When the liquid level in the vessel is elevated furthermore and reaches the preset liquid level L1, the spent washing liquid is extracted from an overflow part 4 of a bent pipe part 5 to a discharge pipeline 3 and the liquid level in the vessel is quickly lowered. But since the washing liquid is continuously fed from a feed pipeline 2, the liquid level in the vessel is again started to rise and thereafter the same operation is repeated.
