<p>The base (4) of a transistor (T1) constitutes the input of an amplifier arrangement, to which an input signal (Vi) may be applied. The emitter (5) of this transistor (T1) is coupled to the negative power-supply terminal (2) by means of a first resistor (R1). The collector (6) of this transistor (T1) is coupled to the input terminal (7) of a first current multiplier circuit (8), whose output terminal (10) is connected to the output of the amplifier arrangement and to the emitter (5) of the transistor (T1) by means of a second resistor (R2). The first current multiplier circuit (8) further has a sum terminal (9) which is connected to the positive powersupply terminal (3). In order to reduce the distortion in the arrangement it further comprises a second current multiplier circuit (14) whose input terminal (15) is connected to the collector (6) of the transistor (T1) and whose sum terminal (13) is connected to the input terminal (7) of the first current multiplier circuit (8). The output (16) of the second current multiplier circuit is connected to the negative supply terminal (2) of the transistor (T1). </p> |
