PURPOSE:To attain a miniature task number table by forming an area where the task program numbers of said table are set only to the data file that possibly produces a conflict between tasks. CONSTITUTION:A task 1 checks an access inhibition flag 5 corresponding to a data file 6 contained in a lock table 4. Then the task 1 sets the flag 5 and gives access to the file 6 when it is detected that the flag 5 is set or the flag 5 is set and then reset after a certain waiting period. In this case, the identity of a file designated by the file 6 is checked in a designated file area 11. When said identity is obtained, the program number of the task 1 is written to an area 10a and access is given to the file 6.
