PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of color reproducibility by time-base- multiplexing the picture element data of the first and second fields in the sequence of surfaces by three kinds in total of picture element data for one field and reproducing the frequency-divided disk by a modulated sound signal. CONSTITUTION:After the first FM signal of a frequency spectrum reproduced from an analog recording track by a video signal processing circuit 38 is FM- demodulated, etc., the signal is AD-converted by an AD converter 40, and picture element data are obtained. A demodulating frequency dividing multiplexing signal of the frequency spectrum removed from the circuit 38, after a horizontal synchronizing signal and a vertical synchronizing signal are respectively separated and extracted, is supplied to a sampling pulse generating device 42. To the generator 42, the third reference signal fp3 of one rotation period of a disk 30 is also supplied from a tracking servo circuit 37. After the demodulating frequency dividing multiplexing signals are supplied respectively to band filters 43 and 44 and a modulated frequency sound signal is separated and filtered, a reproducing sound signal of the first and second channels is supplied respectively from FM demodulating devices 45 and 46 to output terminals 47 and 48.
