<p>PURPOSE:To perform uniform dust collection while making the title apparatus compact, by arranging a centrifugal fan to the space for receiving an electrode plate, a dielectric filter and a needle electrode so as to cover the electrode plate. CONSTITUTION:An electrode plate 6 is formed by forming a plate body having a large number of vent orifices 13 into a cylindrical shape and connecting the end parts thereof and a closure plate 14 made of a synthetic resin is formed to the opening of said electrode plate 6 in one end side thereof while a flange part 15 is formed to the suction opening 5 in the other end side thereof so as to be provided toward the outside under tension. This flange part 15 is supported by the holding part 16 formed to the inner edge of the suction port 2 of a split frame body 4 made of a synthetic resin and an exhaust port 3 is formed to the upper surface of the frame body 4 opposed to the electrode plate 6. The periphery of the electrode plate 6 is set to the space for receiving a centrifugal fan 8 and the mount part of the electrode plate 6 of the frame body 4 is also used as a fan casing. By this arrangement structure, the installa tion area of the apparatus becomes small and air passing through a dielectric filter 7 can be also uniformized and uniform dust collection can be performed.</p> |
