PURPOSE:To prevent quick start by operating a brake even if the brake is not operated when an engine is set to the operation state while the turning force of the engine is not being transmitted to wheels. CONSTITUTION:A relay 7 is actuated by turning and operating an ignition switch 1 up to the switch position ST for a starter and a starter motor 9 is operated through the make contact 7b and then the ignition switch 1 returns to the switch position IG for ignition. Since the voltage of a battery 3 is not supplied to a starter motor 9 and the coil 11a of a relay 11 in this position, the starter motor 9 stops operation and the relay 11 is not actuated and then a make contact 11b also returns to the open state. A relay 15 is actuated by a self-holding circuit and the voltage of the battery 3 is supplied to a buzzer 23. As a result, the buzzer 23 is operated and alarm is issued. |
