The relevant invention concerns a marking plug for the rim of a tyre on a motor vehicle, which is attached to some of the wheel-nut apertures (6) on the wheel rim on the changing of a wheel from summer deck to winter deck or vice versa, so that, on the next exchange, it is possible to mark the wheel's placement on the vehicle and also supply the vehicle's registration number or the like.The device consists of a level cylindrical head (1) whose level centre parts are equipped with a cross shaped plate (2), where the vertical parts supply details, corresponding to the wheel's position on a vehicle, and the horizontal parts are equipped with a label groove (3) for information on vehicle registration number. There is, furthermore, a flexible fastening (7) which goes out from the centre of the head's (1) underside in order to keep the marking plug visible and in a straight position.<IMAGE> |
