PURPOSE:To execute demodulation with good linearily by providing the 1st, 2nd transistors (TR) to the base of which one differential output signal from a signal source outputting a differential FM signal is given and whose collector is connected to the 1st constant voltage line and the 3rd, 4th TRs to the base of which the other differential output signal from the signal line is given and whose collector is connected to the 1st constant voltage source. CONSTITUTION:A TRQ5 (or TRQ2) is turned on by a TRQ10 (or TRQ9) turned on with a TRQ5 (or TRQ1) turned on and its current is drawn to the TRQ10 (or TRQ9) so as to eliminate a potential rise at a point (d) (or point c) caused by the TRQ5 (or TRQ2) not cut off.
