PURPOSE:To arrange tubular material automatically by reciprocating a material arranging board arranged while inclining to the sideface at the lowest point of the bottom of hopper obliquely up and down and rolling in the material from recessed arranging board side into a bucket. CONSTITUTION:A tubular material M having a diameter slightly larger than a height is mounted on a partition board 13 of a hopper 2 then slips on the inclined board 13 and falls naturally through a gap between one end 13a and the case 12 to be accumulated on the bottom board 14. Upon reaching of the material arranging board 3 to the lower dead point through a drive mechanism 4, the material M will roll onto the upper face of the board 3 while upon lifting of the board 3, the material M is pushed over the upper face 3a of the board 3 to the right through co-operation of the recessed face 5a of material arranging sideboard 5 and the board 3. Consequently, the center of gravity G is positioned at the outside of sideface to roll the material in the arrow direction A and fall down and only such material as the center of gravity G is not positioned at the outside is arranged on the upper face 3a while directing the radial direction vertically and contained in the bucket. |
