PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of contacts and to extend the life by adhering thermally a film to a base fabric blocked with contacts consisting of flexible electric resistance bodies. CONSTITUTION:Contacts 10 consisting of flexible electric resistance bodies are blocked on a base fabric 11, and the base fabric 11 is provided with a backcoat layer 12, and a film 13 is melt-fixed thermally to the backcoat layer 12, and the film 13 is slightly wider than a blocking width A of contacts 10, and both end parts 13a and 13a are protruded to sides from contacts 10. When both end parts 13a and 13a of the film 13 are fitted to recessed grooves 14a of a guide jig 14, the film 13 is attached to face a body 15 to be triboelectrified, and a metallic base is not required. Since contacts 10 are deformed in accordance with the motion of a surface 15a of the body 15 to be triboelectrified and are always in the good contacting state because the film 13 is easy to deform, the surface 15a is not damaged, and contacts 10 are not worn in the early stage, and the life is extended. |
