<p>A process and system involving the preparation, i.e. in particular the heating, in differently-designed drum installations (1, 2), of a proportion of used asphalt (MA) and fresh material (MN) to form the asphalt mixture which is to be prepared or produced (M9). The used asphalt content is heated in a drum mixer with co-current flow and the new material is heated separately in a contra-flow dry drum (2). Next, after the material has left the two drum installations (1, 2), it is conveyed into at least one additional successive mixer (3), where it is further processed. During this, the mixer (3) is fed as necessary with fresh bitumen (B) and filter material (F) and the exhaust gases from the drum mixer (1) are fed directly into the dry drum (2) where reheating is effected thus causing the combustion of the CHx and CO contained therein.</p> |
