<p>A device for cyclically rearranging a pile of rectangular or square pictures comprises a first and a second frame parts (12, 14) movable with with respect to each other in parallel to the main plane of the pile of pictures contained in both frame parts, with a reciprocating motion. During the reciprocating motion of the frame parts (12, 14), elements grab an individual picture (188) from one side of the pile and take it to the other side of the pile. Said elements comprise a separator device to separate the individual picture (188) from the pile of pictures, a feeding device to feed the pictures to the separator device, retainer devices to retain the individual picture (188) in the first frame part and the rest of the pile in the second frame part (12, 14), and a guiding device to bring back the individual picture (188) to the other side of the rest of the pile. The separator device comprises a first and a second separator elements (68, 20) in the first and the second frame parts (12, 14) respectively, which form together an inlet slot for the individual picture (188). A device coupled to a control element (87) may be fed by the control element (87) to a position for stopping the inlet slot.</p> |
