At this time, a car speed sensor 8 detects a fact that the car varies from a stopping state to a running state, while a throttle opening sensor 9 detects that opening of a throttle valve is in a state of being closed. A microcomputer 10, inputting this output signal, judges that the car gets rolling out against the driver's will, it operates a braking device 12 or a warning device 11 without delay. |
