PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy when the position of a platform is estimated from a satellite, by canceling the frequency variance of a relay device included in frequency to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A 1/N5 frequency divider 12 frequency-divides an output signal of the 1st local oscillator 3 to 1/N5 and the frequency-divided signal is outputted to a phase modulator 7. Thus, a carrier in frequency outputted from an N3 multiplier 9 is subject to the phase modulation with the frequency-divided signal with the 1/N5 frequency divider 12 and the signal from the 2nd mixer 5 at the phase modulator 7, and this phase-modulated signal enters an N4 multiplier 10 being multiplied by N4 and is applied to a transmission antenna 11 and transmitted to the earth station. |
