PURPOSE:To make frost sticking to glass eliminable in an efficient manner, by installing a device, heating a washing fluid, in a washing fluid feed passage to be connected to a nozzle spouting the washing fluid. CONSTITUTION:In this washing fluid feed passage 5, one end is connected to an opening part of a bottom wall of a tank 4 and the other end is connected to a washer nozzle 3. Each of heating devices 6 and 7, which touches a washing fluid flowing in the passage and heats the washing fluid, making its temperature go up instantaneously, is set up in each position in close vicinities of the tank 4 and the washer nozzle 3 of the washing fluid feed passage 5. When the washing fluid inside the tank 4 is more than the specified quantity, if a washer is operated, the washing fluid is heated and raised up in temperature by these heating devices 6 and 7. |
