The subject of the invention relates to the technical sector of agriculture, particularly harvest processing. This machine comprises, suitably mounted on a support chassis 1 designed to be coupled to a tractor, a means 3 for sending compressed air, in the direction of a profiled duct 4 disposed horizontally above the ground and at a certain distance, the said duct 4 being arranged and designed to allow, in combination with the forward progress of the tractor and the flow rate of the air, the preliminary lifting of the grass, its agitation and its automatic falling back, in a scattered manner, behind the said duct. The invention is used in particular for turning and returning the grass of a mown meadow in order to dry it. <IMAGE>
