The servo valve according to the invention includes a first hydraulic pressure stage consisting of a double hydraulic potentiometer with two fixed orifices and two variable orifices at the output from nozzles which is used to create a differential pressure, and a second hydraulic stage with a slide valve on which the differential pressure acts. The servo valve comprises a piezoelectric ceramic two-element strip 3 which controls the variable orifices by bending between the nozzles, and a flexible mechanical return 32, 5 which connects a mobile part of the two-element strip 3 to the slide valve 41. <IMAGE>
