The cold-pressed section consists of a flange portion and a centrically placed round receiving portion. A cylindrical part is produced at the flange portion. A plastic press stopper is introduced into the chamber of the cylinder which is surrounded by a divided press matrix. A die acts on to the surface of the cylindrical part and the stopper until the shape of the part conforms to the inner shape of the matrix. Spec., the stopper consists of Vulkolan (RTM).
