PURPOSE:To simplify the arrangement of a vehicle speed change gear unit, by forming axial oil passages and radial oil passages in a rotary shaft, and by communicating an oil supply passage or an oil discharge passage with the axial oil passage. CONSTITUTION:Axial oil passages 311, 412, 442 and radial oil passages 314, 315, 414, 443 are formed in a rotary shaft 310. A fluid coupling 300 formed therein with an oil supply passage and an oil discharge passage is arranged concentrially with the rotary shaft, and the oil supply passage or the oil discharge passage are communicated with the axial oil passages 311, 412, 422. With this arrangement a lubrication oil passage for exclusively lubricating the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 310 may be eliminated, thereby it is possible to simplify the arrangement of a vehicle speed change gear unit. |
