PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operation by eliminating the clogging of foreign matter even if the foreign matter is mixed in a fluid, by performing the detection of the fluid by providing a non-contact floatable steel ball floated by the flow of the fluid and a floatable steel ball detection switch in a switch body. CONSTITUTION:A non-contact floatable steel ball 5 floated by the flow of a fluid is arranged in a switch body 1 having a fluid inlet 1a and a fluid outlet 1b. Further, a floatable steel ball detection switch 6 for detecting the movement of the floatable steel ball 5 is provided and the flow or stop of the fluid is detected by the detection signal of said switch 6. By this method, because the switch body 1 and the floatable steel ball 5 have a sufficient clearance therebetween in a non-contact state, no clogging of foreign matter is generated even if the foreign matter is mixed in the fluid and positive operation can be performed. |
