PURPOSE:To reduce uneven damping and stabilize damping torque, by neo-hard- treating the sliding section of a damping plate. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 4 is forced to be rotated by electric power under energization of a winding 3, and a shaft 5 integrated with the rotor 4 and a damping plate 7 integrated with the shaft 5 are rotated. At the time of the rotation of a motor, the damping plate 7 slides in contact with a brake shoe 10, and the damping force is determined by a spring 11 applying pressure to the shoe 10, the spring pressure, and the friction factor of a neo-hard-treated sliding section 7a. In this case, the damping plate 7 sliding in contact with the brake shoe 10 is neo-hard-treated, and so the abrasion-proof property on the sliding face is increased, and the friction factor is stabilized to be 0.1-0.13, and the lubricant property is also improved. |
