PURPOSE:To increase the amount of information to be handled by allowing an exchange being the sender of collected information to classify the information so as to relieve the load of a network central managing device per information amount. CONSTITUTION:The charging information generated in exchanges 100, 200 is transmitted to tasks 410, 420 in response to the identification code of the No.3 file 460. The network central managing device 400 uses the received charging information group for sorting by using the identification code as a key and transmits the result to files 440, 450. After the No.3 tank 430 transmits all the information of the file 450 to the file 460, the information in the file 440 is added to the file 460. Since each half of all the charging information is sorted indenpendently by the tasks 410, 420, lots of charging information is handled.
