PURPOSE:To eliminate a problem due to ununiformity of an electric characteristic and to uniform easily the shape of each slot by dividing a waveguide into a front side member and a rear side member in lengthwise direction, assembling them after folding a method plate and processing each slot before the front side member is folded and shape. CONSTITUTION:The front side member 3 and the rear side member 5 dividing lengthwise the rectangular waveguide near the center of long side walls b1, b2 are assembled and combined to constitute the titled antenna. The front side member 3 is processed and formed to a prescribed position by tilting the same size and same shape of slots S1.S2-Sn-1.Sn by a prescribed angle and then a metallic plate 2 is folded and processed to a prescribed shape, while the rear side member 5 is formed by folding the metallic plate 4 the same as the front side member 3 to a prescribed shape. As the slot processing shaping, the die punch processing by the NC punch press is convenient for the maintenance of the same shape and size of the slot. |
