PURPOSE:To prevent accurately a work flaw to be caused on the surface of an object to be worked by arranging a pair of rollers having semi-circular section on a die side and by letting the roller form the posture profiling the V shape of a punch corresponding to the approach of the punch. CONSTITUTION:A die 1 is composed of a pair of rollers 8 having a semicircular section and the receiving groove 7 to accommodate them freely rockably and the rollers 8 are arranged in parallel inside the groove 7 with teir flat face 10 being directed toward the upper part prior to the work process. The object 4 to be worked is located on the die 1 and pressed with descending the punch 3 in the direction of arrow mark C. In this case the roller 8, the retreat of which is limited in the directions B, B' of arrow marks by the punch receiving groove 7, goes with rocking in the arrow mark direction A with the close contact of its flat face 10 with the object 4 to be worked and performs a bend work of the object 4 to be worked in the shape V. Due to the face of the die side of the object 4 to be worked being always supported by the flat face 10 of the roller 8 during said V bending work no contact with the shoulder part 2 is caused at all and no work flaw due to shear phenomenon is generated. |
