PURPOSE:To stabilize the dimensions of a molded part by a structure wherein a meter-dispenser, which interlocks with the stroke of a plunger over the range from the arbitrary position to the end of the plunger stroke, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A dispensing means consists of a rack 23 and a pinion 24, a shaft 27 having an one way clutch ad a screw blade 30 and a housing 29 is provided. Due to the constitution as mentioned above, when the stop position of the advancement of a plunger 15 consisting in proceeding into an injection cylinder 16 so as to cause molten resin to inject out of a nozzle 17 turns to be a position lower than the set position, or, in other words, when the amount of the resin in the injection cylinder 16 becomes less than before, the number of rotations of the screw blade, which has rotated simultaneously with the proceeding of the plunger to its stop position, also becomes more, resulting in falling the more amount of pellet-like resin through an opening 35. On the contrary, when the amount of the resin in the injection cylinder 16 becomes more than before, the amount of the resin falling down at that time becomes less, resulting in performing an dispensing action with self-balancing function. |
