摘要 |
PURPOSE:To perform focusing off the optical axis of a photodetection lens and to facilitate the operation of an automatic focusing camera by calculating the tilt angle of a reflected light beam to the photodetection lens from the quantity of deviation of the photodetection point from the optical axis of the photodetection lens and then calculating subject distance. CONSTITUTION:Software (program) is incorporated as a subject distance calculating means which calculates subject distance with a signal of the tilt angle thetaof a projector I and a signal of the quantity (x) of deviation on a line sensor R detected corresponding to the signal. The distance calculated from the tilt angle thetac of the projector and the quantity (x) of deviation of the photodetection point P from the optical axis (g) of the photodetection lens is stored in a distance information memory successively and inputted to a computer when necessary to calculate necessary distance. Thus, focusing off the optical axis is performed and the operation of the automatic focusing camera is facilitated. |
