PURPOSE:To protect the titled device from the influence of induced noise caused by outer factors by a method wherein two output signal lines led out of each bridge circuit are arranged in proximity in parallel with each other on a chip. CONSTITUTION:Output signal lines led out of two pairs of bridge circuits are arranged in two sets of two pieces each on one side of the power source lines. The output terminals V1-1-V2-2 thereof are also arranged in adjacency to each other. Such an arrangement can cancel the outer factors of induced noise by means of a differential amplifier by their action on these two output signal lines in the same phase and in the same intensity. |
