<p>PURPOSE:To subject the entire surface of each of treated objects to uniform plasma treatment by stably supporting them, by providing a plurality of specified hangers on a rotary support base in such a manner as to permit their relative rotation. CONSTITUTION:A rotary support base 6 having a support frame 7 fitted with a plurality of wheels 9 is disposed on a pair of rails 5 placed within a tank 1 to which a cover 4 with a spy window 3 is attached in a freely operable manner and on this support, a rotating body 6 composed of a rotary shaft 10 and a pair of right and left rotary disks 11 is provided. Between disks 11 provided are a plurality of hangers 23 composed of a pair of right and left side plates 27 supported by a supporting shaft 24 in a relatively rotable manner, a connecting rod 30 bridged between the both side plates 27 and a plurality of supporting protrusions 32 and 33 for supporting a treated object W such as a plastic car bumper.</p> |
