PURPOSE:To prevent damage of winding material and deformation of said material and nose by arranging a Piezo element and a pneumatic cylinder below V-type lifter to sense the variation of load except the winding material to be applied onto the lifter and lifting/lowering the lifter. CONSTITUTION:Upon turning on of projector and receiver 31, 32, the optical axis will align with a line 33 while upon passage of the upper end of the inner diameter face 8a of pipe 5 through the optical axis, the receiver 32 will receive the light to stop lifting of the frame 27 and V-type lifter 30. Then the right and left noses 7L, 7R are brought near to the inner diameter end 8b and pressure contacted to produce negative or positive force which is detected through a Piezo element 29 thus to function a short cylinder 28 such that it will be within the range between Pmax and Pmin and to advance the noses 7L, 7R by X1 upon reaching to Pmin such that first advance is performed at the position n1 while to release pressure contact upon second function of short cylinder 28. It is repeated to advance to X2 and stop automatically at n2 thus to enable chucking and to prevent deformation of roll paper or nose. |
