PURPOSE:To prevent evaporator freezing in an air conditioning system using compressor refrigerating cycle, by forming two refrigerant routes in the condenser, one of which is installed with a control valve to be closed when the ambient temperature is below a specific degree. CONSTITUTION:When the ambient temperature is below a specific degree, a control device 12, through an action of a sensor 11, closes an electromagnetic valve 10 which is installed at the route 2B, one of the refrigerant routes 2A and 2B furnished in a condenser 2. As a result, the gaseous refrigerant from the condenser 1 flows through only the route 2A, pressure drop at the outlet of the compressor is controlled, the radiating area of the condenser 2 is reduced to half at the same time, and the refrigerant condensing ability is reduced. On the other hand, since the gaseous refrigerant from the compressor 1 is not thoroughly condensed, an extensive drop of pressure at the inlet of the expansion valve 4 is controlled. Therefore, an extraordinary drop of the evaporation pressure of the evaporator 5 is prevented, controlling its freezing. |
