PURPOSE:To enable continuous supply of sheets to be achieved by simple operation, duly accompanied by enhanced efficiency of work, by processing the sheet feed work in such a way as placing sheets on a plurality of mutually facing pallets fixed to the chains or the like laid round a sprocket or the like. CONSTITUTION:The bottom door of a framework is opened and sheets 8 are placed on pallets 6a, 6b on the bottom. Thereafter, sprockets 3a, 3b are rotated to lift the pallets 6a, 6b by one step while the same process is repeated to the next step, thus sheets 8 are load on respective pallets 6a, 6b on 4 steps. Then, when sheets 8 are adsorbed to a transport device and the height of the sheets 8 is decreased, a motor turns to lift the next pallets 6a, 6b and when the upper face of the sheets 8 reaches a limit switch, the motor ceases its turn. When all the sheets on the pallets 6a, 6b are conveyed to a bucket, the pallets 6a, 6b on the next step are lifted to top position and the bucket moves away and an empty bucket receives the sheets 8 and sends them to a folding device. Continuous supply of sheet can be achieved by repeating this process. |
