STEERING WHEEL ASSOCIATED WITH HEATER

摘要

PURPOSE:To perform accurate temperature control through temperature sensor while to prevent malfunction of sensor by forming a heater applied on the grip section of ring while sandwiching a temperature sensing element and a heater wire with two sheets. CONSTITUTION:Heaters 3 are applied respectively on the grip sections 2 provided at the left and right sides of ring section 1 in steering wheel. A pair of left and right heaters 3 are connected in series where a temperature sensing element 4 is connected to one heater 3 while a temperature fuse 6 is connected in series with the heater wire 5 to the other heater 3. Here, the heater 3 is formed into rectangular shape while sandwiching the heater wire 5 and the temperature sensing element 4 between two sheets having inflated sections 7a, 8a at one side. The joint 10 between the heater wire 5 and the lead wire 9 is arranged between the inflated sections 7a, 8a.
