A means of protection of the inner surface of the pipeline against corrosion consists of an alloy of sodium polyphosphate or one-substituted potassium phosphate with the silicate of an alkaline metal or silica taken at the proportion of 9-50:1, correspondingly. A method of obtaining of that means consists in mixing the sodium polyphosphate or one-substituted potassium phosphate with the silicate of an alkaline metal or silica at the proportion of 9-50:1, correspondingly, and melting this mixture at a temperature of 800-1000oC with subsequent cooling of the obtained alloy up to achieving a vitreous structure and getting the desired product. A method of protection of the inner surface of the pipeline against corrosion consists in introducing in the working pipeline the above-mentioned means at a concentration of 0.3-3.5 mg/l, evaluated for P¿2?O5 into the pipeline for water or at a concentration of 25-250 mg/l, evaluated for phosphorus, into the pipeline for sea water.
|
