PURPOSE:To obtain the stabilized performance of a secondary cell by using alkyl ammonium ion as a cation dopant kind of the secondary cell having a negative electrode made of polyphenylene-high-molecular electrode material. CONSTITUTION:Alkyl ammonium ion expressed by the formula R4-XNHX<+> (wherein R is an alkyl group and X is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4) is used for a cation dopant kind of a secondary cell having a negative electrode 2 made of polyphenylene-high-molecular electrode material. For example, polyparaphenylene (PPP) is used as a positive electrode 1 and the negative electrode 2, and boron tetrafluoride-tetraethyl ammonium is used as the supporting electrolyte of electrolytic solution 5, and propylene carbonate is used as a solvent. Thereby, the characteristics of the electrode as negative electrode material for the secondary cell is improved dramatically. |
