PURPOSE:A heat-sealable flexible polyurethane foam good in mechanical properties and scorching resistance, obtained by using a specified OH group-terminated urethane prepolymer as a material and expansion-molding this material. CONSTITUTION:A low-molecular polyhydroxy compound, an aromatic ring- containing diol obtained by an addition reaction between an aromatic dihydroxy compound of a MW of 300-5,000 and an alkylene oxide, polyoxytetramethylene glcyol of a MW of 500-5,000 or the like and a polyester-ether-polyol obtained by a reaction between an aromatic ring-containing diol obtained by an addition reaction between an aromatic dihydroxy compound and an alkylene oxide and an aromatic or aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or the like are used. Namely, an OH group-terminated urethane prepolymer obtained by a reaction between at least one said polyol compound and a polyisocyanate is expansion-molded. |
