<p>Heavy metal complexes of azo compounds of formula WHERE D is the residue of a heterocyclic diazo component which can form a complex with a heavy metal, such as 8-quinolinyl, and B is hydrogen or halogen, provide dyeings on, for example, natural and synthetic polyamide and polyacrylonitrile which yield level blue and green shades of good general fastness, including resistance to acid, alkali, light and rubbing.</p> |
