PURPOSE:To simply construct a retaining wall by a method in which when concrete blocks are stacked up on a concrete slab placed on a slope, the corners of L-shaped tools touched with the upper part of the leg of the block are contacted with each other and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A crushed stone layer 2 is formed on a slope 1 where a retaining wall is to be constructed, and a concrete slab 7 is placed on the layer 2. Concrete blocks 3 for the lowest stage are arranged in a row sideways along the layer 7, and the legs 4 of the blocks 3 are set on the layer 7. Concrete A is placed between the heads of the blocks 3 and the layer 7. In placing concrete A to the blocks 3 for second stage or more, an L-shaped tool 8 is set on the layer 7 in such a way as to make the corners of the tool 8 contact with the upper parts of the legs 4 of the blocks 3. The construction work can thus be simplified. |
