PURPOSE:To ensure grounding at a high frequency and to prevent leakage of an electromagnetic wave by providing an engaging section to upper and lower members forming a jig and arranging a conductive cushion member to the engaging section. CONSTITUTION:An engaging projected part 6 is formed to the circumferential pat of a sample storage section 5 of a lower member 2. On the other hand, engaging recessed part 11 is formed to the circumference of a sample pressing part 10 of an upper member 3. Then in engaging the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 by the projected part and the recessed part, both are fixed more surely and it is effective as to the external leakage prevention of a high frequency current generated from a resonator 15. The conductive cushion member 12 is arranged to the engaging part between the upper member 3 and the lower member so that the pressure applied from both the members 2, 3 adheres the cushion member 12 to the side face of the recessed part 11 and the tip of the projected part 6, allowing to ensure grounding. Thus, grounding ensurance and prevention of leakage of electromagnetic wave at high frequencies are attained in this way. |
