PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating effect of an air duct and further to prevent dew from condensing on the surface of the air duct by providing a heat insulating material on the front side of a synthetic resin base material of the air duct for use in a vehicle such as an automobile or the like, and infiltrating the synthetic resin of the base material into the depressions and projections formed on the front surface of the heat insulating material to bond the same. CONSTITUTION:An air duct 1 is formed by a cylindrical base material 2 and a heat insulating material 3 covering the semi-periphery of the lower part of the base material 2. The heat insulating material 2 is formed by a flocked layer 7 on the front surface and a sheet 4 formed by forming an urethane resin on the rear surface. The base material 2 and the heat insulating material 3 are bonded together in a state where the resin of the base material partially infiltrates into foams 4a of a foaming sheet 4 by the pressure at the time of blow molding. |
