PURPOSE:To prevent a posteriorly wound-up wire from entering between previously wound-up wires to aim at preventing breakage of the wire upon feed-out, by winding up the thin metal wire onto a wind-up bobbin which is set at a certain angle to the winding direction until the wire is wound to one end of the bobbin, and then by winding up the wire onto the same bobbin which is set at an angle reverse to the aforementioned angle so that the wire is wound thereon, crossing the previously wound wire. CONSTITUTION:When a bobbin 3 which is set at an angle theta with respect to the axial center line (lambda) of the bobbin 3 in the direction of wind-up, is traversed from one end point A to the other end point B while the bobbin 3 is rotated so that a thin metal wire 2 is wound up from the point A to the point B. Then, the bobbin 3 is set at an angle theta reverse to the direction of wind-up, that is the bobbin 3 is deflected by the angle 2theta, and is traversed in the reverse direction from the point C at the one end of the bobbin to the point D at the other end opposed to the point C in the widthwise direction while the bobbin 3 is rotated to wind up the thin metal wire 2. Accordingly, the thin metal wire 2 is wound up in a cross-like pattern, and therefore, the wire is prevented from entering between the previously wound-up wires if the bobbin is returned to its original position when the wire is wound up to the position D. |
