PURPOSE:To prevent the dropping phenomenon of the voltage supplied into a RAM by taking-out the operation signal of a switching circuit through a stand-by signal generating circuit and installing a delay circuit for delaying the operation signal. CONSTITUTION:A constant-voltage regulator 3, back-up power source circuit 20, and a stand-by signal generating circuit 30 are connected. A switching circuit 10' takes-in the operation signal through the stand-by signal generating circuit 30. In other words, the base of a transistor 11 is connected between the collector of a transistor 31 and a resistor 35 in the stand-by signal generating circuit 30 through a delaying circuit 40 constituted of a resistor 41 and a condenser 42. Thus, the dropping phenomenon of the voltage supplied into a RAM immediately after turning-ON of a key switch is prevented. |
