After a power source is turned ON, a rectagular step signal from a rectangular step signal generator 13 is multiplied by a torque command value tau t drive a motor 4 by the rectangular wave, and after the origin pulse P0 or a phase pulse fall is detected, a sinusoidal signal generated from the generator 13 is multiplied by the command value tau to drive the motor 4 by the sinusoidal wave.
