PURPOSE:To enable multi-stage joint of sorter thus to process large volume of sheet accurately in sheet classifier for containing the sheet to be fed from a copy machine into plural containing means (bins), by temporarily prohibiting supply of sheet from the copy machine. CONSTITUTION:Moving bin sheet classifiers (sorters) 19, 20 are provided with plural bins for containing the sheets and means for moving the bins to contain the sheet fed from a copy machine 17 into plural bins. While means for producing a signal to the copy machine to stop feeding of a series of sheets temporarily under particular condition is provided. It is such condition where the number of recording sheets of copy machine 17 has reached to the limit of processing capacity. Consequently, the sorters 19, 20 can be jointed in multi-stage. |
