Crosslinkable ethylene copolymers, and the use thereof

The invention relates to crosslinkable mixtures comprising 100 parts by weight of an ethylene copolymer containing, per 100 mol of ethylene, from 7.4 to 28 mol of a copolymerised C1- to C8-alkyl (meth)acrylate and from 0 to 10 mol of another ethylene-copolymerisable monomer, and from 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of an organic compound which decomposes to form free radicals at elevated temperature, as crosslinking agent, and to the use thereof for the preparation of moulding compositions of low glass transition temperature and good heat distortion resistance.
