PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of the re-straightening, etc. by a press without the variation in width by providing the joint binding part binding the joint part of a U-shaped steel sheet pile with adjoining both sides of the straightening part of a upper straightening roller. CONSTITUTION:The tip binding part 11a binding the tip part of the joint part IC is projected toward the center side and engaged with the outer periphery of a straightening part 4 in a joint binding part 11. A gap e1 is formed in the space with the tip part and the side face binding part 11b binding the side face of the joint part IC makes so as to form a gap e2 in the space with the side face. The straightening is then performed with making the gaps e1, e2 in about 1-2mm., with pressing lightly to the degree of not extending one part of the web and flange of the steel sheet pile 1 by up-and-down straightening rollers. |
