PURPOSE:A cement grout material of air system, useful for backing a tunnel, etc., by adding an Al salt solution of grout containing both a foaming agent and cement in a fluid state, so that the grout is changed into group to show plasticity. CONSTITUTION:Grout in a fluid state, containing both a foaming agent and cement, is prepared as A solution, and an Al salt solution of alum, (poly) aluminum chloride, etc. is as B solution. Both the A and B solutions are sent by the different pumps by pressure, joined together before a grout hole, the grout is changed into a plastic state, and cast. EFFECT:Casting in a limited range is made possible, the titled grout is not influenced by underground water, the grout itself has no volume change, and has neither separation of material nor phenomena of reduction in bubbles caused by grout of two pack type at all. |
